Placing Orders
At Wellington's we are here to help you, for orders and inquiries, please call 800-262-1049. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm Eastern and 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific. At the time of order, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due just prior to shipment. Orders cannot be shipped until the balance is paid in full. Orders will be confirmed by E-mail. Please retain one copy for your records and return the signed office copy to Wellington's. After we receive your signed confirmation, you will be notified of an approximate shipping date. We can manufacture most items within 3 weeks.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), personal checks, money orders and PayPal. Credit cards may only be used for 50% of your total purchase price, unless payment is made in full at the time your order is placed.

Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellations and changes are not accepted after the leather has been cut. If cancellation occurs before the leather is cut, customer will be charged a $150.00 cancellation charge. If the leather is cut a restocking fee plus applicable freight charges will apply.

Delivery
Wellington's has selected some of the finest white glove delivery services in the South East to deliver our furniture. While we try to give a fair estimate of when the completed furniture will be delivered, we can not be held responsible for delays in production or delivery.

The delivery companies will do all that they can to deliver your furniture in perfect condition and within a reasonable time frame. Delivery services run 7 days per week, with some evening deliveries. Although the delivery companies will work within the tight schedules of our customers, please try to be as flexible and available as possible in order to accept your delivery.

Freight delivery is not an exact science and there are many things that can cause delays in the freight industry. Things such as traffic back ups or accidents, equipment breakdown, and unloading delays at scheduled stops will all cause delays in delivery and can not be predicted. Neither Wellington's nor the delivery services we use can be held responsible for delays which are out of our control.

The White Glove Delivery fee charged of $149. per order is to cover the cost of the actual freight and insurance for the in-home delivery.  Be certain that all items are deliverable to your home, measure all doorways, hallways, etc. BEFORE placing your order.  You also need to make sure that our delivery service can get safely to your home.  Any driveway or truck size restrictions outside of the home must be noted prior to your delivery attempt.  Your space must be clear and deliverable. Our Delivery Services are not responsible for moving your furniture as their insurance will not cover damages to your home.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all costs in the event that your furniture is undeliverable due to limited access.

Taxes
Wellington's is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than Washington. Each state manages and dictates their own policies and requirements. Washington residents add applicable sales tax.

Pricing
All of the styles in our catalog are available in 8 grades of leather in assorted colors. The price of each style is determined by the grade of leather you select. All pricing reflects starting Grade 1 leathers, which are top grain cowhides. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Wellington's Leather Furniture Warranty
Wellington's Leather Furniture warrants our Heirloom Leather Furniture to be free from defects in workmanship and materials.  Defects in workmanship and materials are defined, for the purpose of this warranty, as causing the product to be unsound structurally or mechanically or altering the appearance of the piece substantially.  This warranty is limited to the original consumer purchasing this furniture.  The furniture must remain upholstered in the original leather in which it was purchased.  This warranty does not apply to defects that result from negligence, misuse, accidents, natural imperfections in the leather, improper cleaning, exposure, alteration or other accidental or willful change.  Frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.  The 8-way hand-tied spring system is warranted against breakage due to defective materials for 10 years from date of original purchase.  Wellington's Heirloom Leather Furniture uses high resiliency polyurethane cushioning materials and layers of polyester fiber for superior seating comfort.  Cushions are warranted for three years from the date of original purchase against loss of resiliency.  The loss of resiliency should not be confused with softening and flattening of the polyester fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.  The leather on your furniture is warranted to be free from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of original purchase under normal care and use.  This warranty does not cover colorfastness or wearability.  Leather damage or failure due to chemical treatment or improper cleaning is also excluded from this warranty.  If a defect is found in the product covered by this warranty, Wellington's Heirloom Leather Furniture will repair or replace, at its option, the defective workmanship or material.  We reserve the right to arrange local repair.  The cost of packing and shipping to and from the factory is not covered by this warranty.   This warranty is offered to the original owner and is not transferable.

Swatches
If needed, swatches of all of our leather colors are available for you to view before ordering. Simply let your sales consultant know which color groups you need to view and we will be glad to send them to you. Color group examples are blues, greens, browns, creams, blacks, burgandys, etc., with finishes matte or high gloss. Please note that when we send you swatches, we are required to hold a credit card number on file until the swatches are returned. Swatches must be returned within thirty (30) days. When swatches are returned, a $5.00 postage and handling fee will be charged to your account. If the swatches are never returned to Wellington's a one time fee of $15.00 will be charged to your account. If an extension is needed for swatch viewing, please contact your sales consultant. All fees, including postage and handling, will be waived upon ordering.
